Broccoli Salad

20 slices of chicken bacon
1 head fresh broccoli, cut into bit size pieces
1/4 cup of red onion, diced
1/2 cup seedless red grapes
3 tbs white vinegar
2 tbs white sugar
1 cup mayonnaise (you can use low  fat)
pinch of salts
- Place chicken bacon in a large, deep skillet, cook over medium fire until evenly brown
- Cut up broccoli flowerettes to small pieces
- Cut up fresh seedless grapes to 4 cubes
- Toss red onions, grapes and broccoli into one big bowl
- Drain, crumble and set aside
- Mix up the dressing in another bowl, let it be for 1 hour so the flavours blend in
- Pour the dressing into the big bowl, mix all well, keep in the fridge for few hours
- Upon serving, sprinkle all the crumbled chicken bacon on top of the salad, do not put earlier on because it will soften the crunchy taste of the chicken bacon..
